• Tight core, strong glutes – can’t lose! • Join Chelsea Piers for a class that focuses on your powerhouse: core and glutes. • This 45-minute class will focus on the muscles of your midsection. • Class is complimentary, but we ask each participant to provide an RSVP • Participants must B.Y.O.M. (Mat) • In the event of inclement weather, class will be canceled. • Inclement weather notifications will be sent via email to all those who RSVP’d by 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays.
