Description
Nurture therapy is a new healing modality in which a trained professional ( a NTP or CNT ) provides companionship and physical / emotional connection with a client who may have experienced a break-up or divorce, suffered the death of a relative or simply be away from loved ones for an extended period. This work is positive and uplifting for both the nurture therapist and their clients. Nurture Therapeutics offers two certifications: 1) Nurture Therapy Practitioner ( NTP ) and 2) Certified Nurture Therapist ( CNT ).
A nurture therapist may also provide intimacy coaching including experiential practice with boundaries and relationship communication. A nurture therapy appointment can also be a simple relaxing and comforting experience with a supportive professional who has their client's best interests at heart. The work is, of course, clothes-on and strictly non-sexual.
Nurture therapists typically earn between $50 - $150/hour. In playing a caregiver role in your client's life, this work is deeply fulfilling. Nurture therapists report feeling better about themselves and having more trust in humanity.
