We are local Baltimore Flipping company with 20 years in business is hiring. We are easy to work with and are family-oriented. We provide consistent work and steady pay. We purchase, renovate, rent, sell and build multiple houses annually in Baltimore and the surrounding counties. We have on-going renovations at all times. We are looking for a crew of skilled and reliable Carpenters to add to our TEAM that have experience working with real estate investors who can do: 1) Need to frame up the walls in the back patio room with all the sliding doors, and will only put one set of doors in there. 2) Need to remove the brick wall and shelving wall and need to reframe the side bump out framing and ceiling. 3) Need to reframe the basement for Master Bedroom, Bath, Mech Room, family room, etc. This is a project base work with 2 days work and with pay of 2k -2.5k Must have their own transportation and tools, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to work a full day and weekends at times.
