StorageMax is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic person with excellent Customer Service skills and a cheerful personality to work 3-4 days per week at our Self Storage facility in Scottsdale. General duties will include, but are not limited to assisting the full-time resident managers with the following: - Provide excellent customer service to current and potential tenants. - Clean and show storage spaces as they become available. - Maintain the entire premises in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. - Perform facility repairs and maintenance as needed. - Enforce any rules governing the premises and report any unusual concerns. Skill Requirements: Customer Service, Basic Math and Computer, Dependability, Multi-tasking. Fluent in the English language. Possess the ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of the company. Must have the desire and ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures as well as adhere to set policies and procedures with minimum supervision and make reasonable decisions. Successful candidate will be able to bend, squat, lift, and carry items weighing 35 lbs. or more, open and close hallway and roll-up doors, and walk to any point on the premises. Position requires a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Background Check and Drug Testing may be required. Non-Smoking Facility.
