Illuminated Soul Weekend Becoming aware, becoming whole.Craig Westhoff and the team will be leading us through a weekend of awareness about how to understand our thoughts and emotions while addressing topics that include: the questions suffering asks of us, our true hope, anxiety, depression, obsessive overthinking, etc. At this powerful workshop we will be ushered into a deeper understanding of our interior world, and learn tools to help us respond well in this beautiful, yet challenging, world around us. There will also be times of worship, breakout sessions, and prayer ministry.  Registration ends Sunday, January 15th, 2023. “LORD, you light my lamp; my God illuminates my darkness.” Psalm 18:28 WEEKEND SCHEDULEFriday, January 27th and Saturday, January 28th (Friday Morning Only: Check-in at 9:00am) Morning Session: 9:30am-12:00pm Lunch Break Afternoon Session: 1:30pm-4:30pm Afternoon Break Evening Session: 7:00pm-9:00pm WEEKEND DETAILSMATERIALS Included in your ticket price are selections from the Illuminated Soul manual, an incredible 100-page resource. For each session, you will be given a handpicked selection from the manual that you will continue to refer to as the weekend progresses. We recommend you bring the previous selections with you to all new sessions, and we also encourage you to bring a writing utensil and/or journal for additional notes! LEARNING ENVIRONMENT We ask that you do not use your electronic devices for notetaking, etc. during any of the sessions to help create a technology-free space for learning! COVID PROTOCOL Masks are optional for the weekend, and we will not enforce social distancing but there will be plenty of room if you would like to maintain distance. REFRESHMENTS Main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will NOT be provided during the weekend, but light snacks and drinks will be served at most sessions. For lunch on Friday and Saturday you may choose to either eat off-site, or bring your own food and eat at the venue during the lunch break.
