Come join us as we co-create a sacred, safe & sober celebration of life. Amazing music will guide us as we invoke our MOVEMENT MEDICINE, sharing our love of music, dance and community. Guidelines: Move how you want. No talking on the dance floor (unless necessary for safety and boundaries). Respect yourself, each other and everyone’s personal space. Ecstatic Dance is a drug & alcohol free space. No shoes unless needed for injury. No cell phones, photos or video on the dance floor. No scents and practice good personal hygiene.
