Does your business need a business plan? If you are looking for some sort of external funding then you almost always need a written business plan. Even if you are not there, it seems emerging entrepreneurs are six times more likely to succeed with a plan than without one. That is why we see a lot of business owners spending money to get a plan written for them. But is this a process that you can totally outsource? Even if someone puts together the plan, your research, homework and involvement will have an impact on your business. Fortunately there isn't a right or wrong way to write a plan. It does, however, need to meet your needs. This session will help you appreciate the basic content and structure of a business plan. We will also talk about the specific expectations from a business plan for an SBA loan.
