Cobabe Brothers Plumbing has an immediate need for qualified and reliable journey-level plumbers & pipe tradesmen to work on a project located in Richmond, CA. Applicants must have verifiable experience in the trade. Project is expected to last up to 6 months. Eligible candidates may be asked to stay on for additional work following completion of project. Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years verifiable experience in the plumbing trade • Experience on commercial and/or residential projects; multi-family units • Experience with all phases; underground, rough and finish preferred • Must have reliable transportation to and from work and own basic hand tools • Must be reliable, responsible, and ready to work • Ability to read plans and specs a plus • Ability to pass pre-employment screening is a must! • Supervisory, lead or foreman experience is a plus • Good communication and ability to take direction a must!
