Skills/Requirements: *Prior service writing experience (Min. 1 year experience) Chevy/Honda knowledge a plus! *Proven High CSE ratings. *Experience with Service Department operating systems such as CDK & All Data. *Assist customers, generate service repair orders with accurate estimates and client contact information. *Strong communication skills, explaining repair estimates, answering technical questions and obtaining approvals. *Ability to communicate and work well with Employees & Customers. *Warranty and Vehicle Service contract knowledge plus calling in claims. *Production oriented, self-starter, attention to details, Bi-lingual a plus! *Positive attitude and Team player. *Clean MVR.
