*I am looking for a helper who drives his/her own vehicle. vehicle must have AC working. vehicle must belong to you and be up to date on insurance and good license etc.
*I am looking for a HELPER that I can train to do it the way I want it done so that I can promote to foreman and leave him to do jobs on his own and give raise ($30.00 PER HOUR). I don't care about your experience. I don't want to know how you did it before. I dont want advise or a different perspective. I have a certain way things are to be done and that's al I want is for someone who can simply take direction. I promise it wont be difficult. just leave your ADHD at home and just listen well and follow directions better.
*MUST HAVE GOOD HYGENE i.e. shower in the morning BEFORE work' must wear deodorant daily!!! this is a sweat heavy job. I would also recommend you bring 4-5 changes of shirts. even one pair of shorts and underwear as you may even sweat out of those too. it is best to have fresh clothing so as not to stink and/or sweat on the customers furniture and floor. Wear only shorts and light colored clothing. It is summer in south west Florida!
