The Health Education Center at Community Hospital of San Bernardino is pleased to support the American Heart Association and its important mission to increase survival from cardiac arrest. Hands-Only CPR can help gain precious time for a person experiencing a cardiac event but knowing CPR, and how to use an AED will enable you to provide life-saving care in a range of emergencies. The Family and Friends CPR program teaches hands-only adult and children CPR, proper use of an AED, and how to help a choking victim. *** This is not a certification course ***
