Restorative Yoga with Meditation, is a slow, mellow, relaxing, low energy and low-impact based practice where the intention is to relax as far as possible into the postures, using as little physical effort as possible. Poses are held for extended periods of time and props are also used often in order to allow the body to be in the most comfortable, supported position possible. Guided Meditation will be provided throughout and at the end of class.
*This may include bolsters, blankets, blocks and belts.
* Restorative Yoga is not Yin Yoga.
