Bring some excitement to your weeknight with an elevated five-course dining experience in our beautiful brewery. Each course will be prepared and presented by our Executive Chef Michael Rayfield with a beer hand-selected by Head Brewer Troy Montrone to accentuate the flavors of the dish. Our brewer will present each pairing, and come ready to answer any beer-nerdy quesitons you may have! We love to enrich the food and beer culture in our city, and to get to know the people who enjoy what we do!
