Each course will be prepared and presented by our Executive Chef Michael Rayfield with a beer hand-selected by Head Brewer Troy Montrone to accentuate the flavors of the dish. Our brewer will present each pairing, and come ready to answer any beer-nerdy quesitons you may have!
