Description
Law enforcement ranks as one of the most stressful occupations in the world. Yoga is a mind-body practice composed of postures, breathing, and meditation techniques, and is known for its beneficial effects on stress and mood disturbance. Yoga and Meditation help bring a greater sense of awareness to keep law enforcement allowing them to be clear-headed and calm in moments of greatest need. We recognize the importance in helping officers with stress management and holistic healing. The following services are included in your monthly holistic wellness program: ----------- Prima Elements will provide group meditation class.This class will be offered weekly on on the following dates below to The Fayetteville Police Department. These classes will hold a maximum of 30. Please sign up prior to reserve your space. Monday's at 7:30pm Wednesday's at 6:30pm(please bring a yoga mat or cushion and wear comfortable, relaxed fit clothing ----------- Prima Elements will provide weekly group yoga classes that will hold 30 members of The Fayetteville Police Department. These classes will hold a maximum of 30. Please sign up prior to reserve your space. Monday's 6:00pm Tuesday's 6:30am Tuesday's 6:30pm Thursday's 6:00pm Thursday's 7:30pm (please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable, relaxed fit clothing) ---------- You'll also receive the following service that is available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: RestStation (Sound & Vibration Therapy) and Bioamat (Infrared Therapy) sessions will be provided in increments of 45 minutes. This therapy will be by appointment only. A maximum of 22 sessions per month. (Click here to set up your appointment) These services are now available to you through your wellness program. They can help foster healthy and produc- tive relationships with the communities you serve. Prima Elements has the modalities to create a culture of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being within The Fayetteville Police Department.
