Hello I went to the food pantry on Horseblock Rd yesterday for the first time. I’ve used up all food stamps until July 1st. After a 2.5 hr wait watching them set up and fill the boxes, I walked home with five loaves of bread, a dead basil plant, an avocado, and two dozen rotten bananas and pears that I gave to someone walking back from there as well. Only he had a box full of bagels, cakes, breads, vegetables, wraps, and that’s what I could see. I wanted to go back with the box but felt as if I were ungrateful or something. It’s after midnight and I’m eating buttered bread. Is there anyone who is in the position to help me with some basic items such as pasta, tuna, chicken wings/breast, cold cuts, etc I don’t have transportation so I’d need it to be dropped off to me in Farmingville. Perhaps an instacart delivery. It’s been a hell of a year and this request is not an easy one for me. Thanks for reading
