The concerts are outdoors at the Main Library--5201 Woodward (at the corner of Kirby/Woodward) and will take place rain or shine. There will be chairs at the venue--or feel free to bring your own. Celebrating its 20th season, albeit two (2) years later due the COVID-19 pandemic, Comerica Bank Java & Jazz continues its grand tradition of providing a sensational concert series showcasing some of Detroit's finest creative talent. Kimmie Horne International talent Kimmie Horne has her roots in Detroit. The jazz vocalist, model, and actress is related to legendary songstress Lena Horne, but has forged her own path in music—one that has her performing across the country and world. Ms. Horne maintains a busy schedule creating new music, acting and touring.
