Join us on Monday, July 11 from 5:30 - 7:00pm for an event at Palmetto Boutique celebrating local Jacksonville author, Michelle Douglas and the publication of her first book. Michelle will be signing books, sipping wine and sharing stories at one of the most beautiful shops in Northeast Florida! Don't Wear Shoes You Can't Walk In: A Field Guide for Your Twenties is an output of a 10+ year journaling practice where Michelle wrote down one thing she learned every day from ages twenty-one to thirty-one. Written for anyone just starting out or suddenly starting over, this field guide - part advice book, part journal - shares life lessons alongside thought-provoking prompts for readers to uncover the unrecognized wisdom they already possess in their own lives. Books will be available for purchase at Palmetto, or you can bring yours along if you already own a copy. Please RSVP by Saturday 7/9. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
