Join us for this fun and interactive workshop!
Do you find yourself tired, forgetful, or stressed? The demands of work, school, family, and relationships can be overwhelming. Discover the signs and symptoms of burnout and how to incorporate more balance into your life. You will leave with a renewed sense of purpose and simple strategies to help restore balance to your everyday life.
This first workshop in our Lightmaker Series is inspired by the bestselling book, Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle. This workshop will be led by Bonnie Saunders of The Career Nook in partnership with Tina Fraley of the Power House Studios.
Attendees may bring their lunch or may purchase a sandwich from Lillian’s Bakeshop in Mulberry Lofts prior to the event. There is space to accommodate up to 15 participants for this session.
