Help with Dog who has bitten?

Hello I'm looking for help surrendering/rescuing a dog who is reactive and resource guarding. I have 2 autistic kids that she has snapped at and I'm afraid she is going to really hurt them. No local shelter or rescue will take her at this point. My only hope is surrendering her to fresno SPCA. I don't have a ride there. If anyone could take her there for me I'd be willing to pay the surrender fee and gas money. She is reactive to strangers but I could provide a muzzle and crate for transporting her.
