Attention professionals. And I mean those that really know how to do the work. I have a large home near Germantown. This is what I need. 1. Paint the entire house on the inside. 2. Replace all the flooring. 3. Do some minor plumbing. 4. Some drywall repair before the painting. 5. Got a stairway railing that needs repair. 6. Need some work on a furnace but I may have to hire some separately. This is not a deal breaker. 7. Maybe some kitchen cabinet refinishing. Have not decided for sure. 8. Some repair on back windows - woodworking. I have been told that this job will take about three weeks. This I was told by a friend that does this work but is too busy at this time. My job is taking me out of the country for the next month. I want to hire someone that is reliable and trustworthy. I am leaving the job in your hands.
