laborer/some plumbing a plus

I have several things to clear around the house.. Mainly, yard work, deck power wash, cleaning weed, a couple of small trees and dispose. Need an honest laborer, if you have any basic plumbing then I will pay extra.. We have a sum pump in a lift station in the basement needs replacement. If you have any experience with that then a plus, if not no big deal.. I will add extra pay for that.. Start base is 17 plus a big bonus for the sum pump replacement that should take an hour or two max. Or can do extra for hourly.. drop me a line with your number.. Thank you!
