Description: R and J Contractor Services is a High-Volume Fire Restoration Contractor located in Parkville, MD looking for an experienced trim carpenter/punchout tech to add to their team! Responsibilities Include: • Installing trim (casing, door, windows) • Installing stair rails • Installing doors/shelving/cabinetry • Misc. punch out tasks including o Drywall repair o Paint touch ups o Installing cabinet and door hardware o Adjusting appliances o Fine tuning all finishing touches Experience: Previous construction industry knowledge is a plus! Must be able to handle heavy work materials and tools. Must be able to work in a high paced work environment and be able to meet specific deadlines. *Transportation is provided along with company gas card. Must have a Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record and be able to pass a Drug Test. To be considered, please submit resume and/or qualifications
