We are looking to hire a 2-person team to live on site at a motel in Coeur d' Alene. 40 hours per week each and 2 days off per week. You will both have the same 2 days off and working hours will be between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. (7 or 8 or 9 hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week, no on call time or over night shifts). You will have a no cost commute to work. Pay will start at $16.00 per hour for each employee. Guaranteed 40 hours a week. You will also be offered a very nice 1 bedroom motel apartment unit on site for $900 per month that includes all utilities, cable TV and our motel wi-fi. Also, all of your laundry is paid for as you get to use the motel laundry facilities for your personal laundry. We treat our employees well so we can find our next great employees.
Job duties will include but not limited to housekeeping, room rental, laundry, minor maintenance, yard work, snow removal, etc. We are a small 50+ unit motel with good guests. This is a year round position, and you will be full time year round.
