Description
As a well tender, you will be a part of a field crew that will operate, and monitor permanent and semi permanent equipment on oil/gas well pads in the tri-state area. You will complete an introductory safety orientation the first week of employment. Once orientation is completed, you will be on 3 weeks on and 1 week off rotation schedule. This schedule may be fluid depending on job duration and may include night shift operations and or non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours are possible with on-call schedule. If the field location is more than 1 hour commute, a hotel room will be provided.

JOB DUTIES:
-Oversee Installation of semi permanent production equipment
-Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems
-Monitor Well equipment and tanks to ensure they are operating efficiently.
-Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
-Perform routine maintenance on equipment
-Operate gas separators and pumps
-Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle
-Promote and follow Company safety culture
-Operate heavy equipment such as a forklift and manlift
-Report to your direct supervisor
-General housekeeping and field maintenance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Have a permanent residence in PA, WV, or OH
-Must have a valid drivers license
-Must have reliable transportation
-Complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
-Complete pre-employment DOT physical
-Capable of working dayshift or nightshift
-Working in adverse weather conditions
-General mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
-Technical Skills related to math and analytical thinking
-Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement cost effective solutions
-Work up to 3 weeks away from home during rotation
