We are a licensed, insured, and registered non-profit organization that has been assisting high school and college students for more than 20 years. Our students are from Asia and Europe. We are seeking a host family for a student attending Bellflower, California. Please join us in providing an amazing American educational and cultural experience to this high school honors student. Duration: August 2022 ～ June 2023, host families may continue to host student by mutual agreement Students’ Nationality: China Students’ Grade: Grade 9/Freshman Price Paid: 1 student with private room, private/semi-private bathroom - $1,200+ depending on type of accommodations, no 1099 issue Meals: 2 meals a day (Breakfast & Dinner) About the student: 4.0 GPA, polite, respectful, and conscious student; non-smoker, drug free, 110+ TOFEL (fluent in English), cleans up after himself, and will are providing a full-time guardian, academic advisor, accident and health insurance, spending money, and additional support as needed. About the Host Family: Over 25, experienced parents preferred, air conditioned home kept at a reasonable temper preferred, non-smoking household, fresh and nutritious food, quiet study area, high speed Internet, transportation and/from school. The school is in Lakewood, close to Downey, Long Beach, Lakewood, Paramount, and Cerritos. If you or someone you know would be interested in hosting a student please contact us.
