Capstone Properties is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team servicing a Large Apartment Community in Central Islip, NY.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance of the property grounds, common areas, and units
- Carry out plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
- Prioritize work orders & complete service requests for residents
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- Multifamily maintenance technician experience
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with co-workers, management, and our tenants
- Ability to be physically active throughout the day
