Start a refinishing career today in Fort Collins Colorado. Business is booming. We’re looking for a crew lead / manager to help the owner. We’re looking for a long term relationship. This is a skilled trade and will require lots of training but some general knowledge of tools and equipment required. This is a "cleaning" labor job and ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must. You’ll need to be visually capable. You will need the basics: Vehicle, phone, a place to live etc. You’ll need to “have it together”. Are you easy to get along with? NO BS !!! Duties include but not limited to: pressure washing, chemical stripping, sanding, staining and painting. It can be hard work out in the summer sun but can be fun, free and rewarding. Every day is different. Management experience is needed for this crew lead position. Help build a small business. Lots of room for advancement. Pay is dependent on experience.
