Mowing down and hauling away of grass

Mowing down and hauling away of grass (and any debris) in empty lot behind building, and planting strip next to sidewalks (at Ivanhoe St and Chicago St) Has not been mowed/cleaned in 10 months.   Grass is very tall.   See photos. You will need some larger equipment take it down and a large vehicle to haul away in one trip.     Need it all done same day No electricity is available on site.
