trombone lessons wanted

I played trombone to the high school level many years ago and have now rejoined a local community band. Looking for trombone lessons/guided practice 1-2 hours once or twice a week. Sundays are ideal but some flexibility with days and times on weekends or in evenings. Not necessary to be a trombone player specifically; any brass knowledge would probably work. Must read music (base clef) and be able to give a lesson or guide me through practicing our concert pieces, as I HATE practicing alone because it just doesn't sound good to my ear at all, and I am awful with rhythms when left to my own devices.
