Du-All Cleaning, Inc. is now hiring professional commercial custodial/janitorial associates. Positions available in both Royal Oak and Wixom, starting at $15/hour. Available positions are located in Municipal Buildings (such as Police Departments, City Hall, Library, etc...) Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting. Royal Oak - Sunday-Thursday starting at 6pm (3-4 hours per night) 1 position available Royal Oak - Sunday through Friday starting at 8pm (3-4 hours per night) 2 positions available Wixom - Requires 7 day/week availability to clean after community buildings close (1 position available) Please respond via email, including your commercial cleaning experience. Qualified candidates will be contacted for interview. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs, unassisted. Job Duties Include, but are not limited to: Clean both public and private spaces within assigned building Clean and Disinfect all surfaces Clean Restrooms, Locker Rooms, Offices, Lobbies, Workspaces as assigned Mix cleaning chemicals as directed to achieve proper dilution Empty Trash Receptacles, Replace Liners
