Need laborers /tile setters/ plumbers/painters/drywall finishers/ flooring installers/ electrical/ concrete/ doors /windows /siding / we do it all. Mostly fix and flip rehabs and sometime smaller home owner jobs and need to hire several people to add to the team. Candidate with none or any of these skill sets please apply. pay will be based on skill set, experience, and production. Looking for part time help or full time help we mostly work 7 days a week so can pick your schedule as long as it is kept and can be relied on. Laborers will start at 15hr with ability to increase quickly and the right person can make whatever there worth and with opportunity to put in as many hours as they want. Must have transportation and be trustworthy, on time, and hard working. We work mostly in Jackson county mo but also Johnson county Ks and cass county mo occasionally. 1099 employment and subcontractors welcome as well
