Ac repair PLEASE HELP!

Hello, I’m posting this ad June 23, 2022. I am seeking immediate help for my parents. They have been living in their house for more than 10 years, they are older and disabled. My father is 52 with kidney failure and my mother is 49 with epilepsy. We have repeatedly asked the landlord to repair the ac and he has sent people who do not fix it. They’re house is about 90 degrees, I am in desperate need of a knowledgeable repair person. This house is old built is the 1920s, the unit is probably old but i am no expert. They have been having this issue for about 4 years and it has gotten significantly worse, it will not cool down or blow cold air at all. My parents are on a fixed income so I will be paying, I can make payments. I just need help immediately. I do not know what else to do and I am very concerned for them, especially my father who can become very dehydrated fast. I am available anytime everyday for any help.
