Description

We are looking for a maintenance technician for our community in Dallas. Pay is $26 per hour plus a monthly bonus average of $250-$300 for renewals. Rent discount on any floorplan and can negotiate free apartment. Duties will include running service tickets, HVAC repairs, preventative maintenance and assisting with make readies if needed. On call is required one week per month. However living on site is not required. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance along with company paid disability insurance and IRA match.
