Make Ready Technician: * 2+ years Apartment Make Ready experience required; * Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical & Appliance experience; * Painting and Drywall experience; * HVAC experience a plus; * Quality tools required Porter/Groundskeeper: * 2+ years Apartment Grounds Maintenance experience required; Both positions require verifiable work history experience.
