Sewer drainline plugged

Description

I have a shower drain that is plugged with hard sand basically. Was able to dig about 6 inches into it and then it turns probably due to the pee trap. Dug outside the house to perhaps get to it underneath. This effort failed. There is a clean out valve very close perhaps the plug can be reached through it. Looking for someone that at least has a power washer with the right attachments to bore through a blocked pipe. If interested please provide price and what equipment you have to attempt to unplug it.
