Description

The Coos County Radio Club is having our annual Field Day at Sturdivant Park in Coquille beginning at 11 am on Saturday June 25th and continuing until about noon on Sunday the 26th. Meet us there and see what we are all about! We will have mobile radios and antennas covering multiple frequency bands and will be deploying some of our emergency service equipment. Feel free to ask questions; we can help you become a HAM! We look forward to meeting you. The Coos County Radio Club is a group of HAM radio enthusiasts in and near Coos County, Oregon. We provide services for special events and volunteer emergency communications when necessary. In between, we meet on the air and periodically get together face-to-face. Set your scanner to 146.61 Megahertz Tuesday nights at 7:30pm. If you are a licensed HAM, set your transmitter for our club repeater, K7CCH, using an offset of minus 0.6 MegaHertz and a PL tone of 110.9. Check out our Facebook page called "Coos County Radio Club".
