Job Description and Requirements - Food Assembly and Food Packaging on motorized conveyor system. - Build sandwiches and other food product. - Lift up to 10 pounds. - Stand for 8-12 hours per shift. Shifts & Schedules 2nd Shift - 2:30pm - 11:30pm ***You can work up to 7 days/week*** ***LOTS OF OVERTIME*** ***$1/hr. incentive bonus for perfect attendance*** Stop by to apply at the LGS Staffing trailer, located outside of the building in the parking lot. 790 S 75th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85043 Hours are 10am OR 2pm, Monday - Friday Please bring 2 forms of ID with you. Company Rules - You will be issued an ID badge that you must wear at all times You will be responsible for clocking in and out using your ID badge. - You may clock in up to 7 minutes before your shift start. - No Call, No Shows are subject to immediate termination. Unscheduled days off must be scheduled with your On-Site Manager. In case of emergency, you must Call Off at least 2 hours before your scheduled shift by using our Call Off Voicemail. Dress Code - No distressing, offensive language or images. - No shorts, capris, sweatpants, or athletic gear. - DRESS WARM - IT IS 36 DEGREES IN THE PLANT. Long sleeves, coats, or jackets. Cloth Gloves. Hair Pulled Back. No nails, nail polish, fake eyelashes, or jewelry. Non-slip Boots will be provided. PPE will be provided. You will be required to wear a smock, a mask, hair net, non-slip boots, and safety glasses.
