Handyman/contractor needed for random jobs

Hello, We are looking for a handyman or contractor to do a bunch of random jobs for us. We want someone that can fix broken tiles (outside), paint, molding, put a door on etc. Basically a bunch of light household needs but we want someone that can do it all and not just one thing.
