Looking to onboard a general manager to oversee day to day operations in the Milwaukee Market to rehab homes, handle turns, and residential service call. Must be familiar with property rehab work including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, roofing, etc. Must be able to handle and schedule contractors to complete work on time.
