Two locations available (Sussex and Menomonee Falls) This is a part time position that is paid through a substantial reduction to your monthly rent. Flexible hours that can work with your other job. You will receive a monthly rent reduction, hourly wage and monthly phone credit The position does require you to live on site in a 2 bedroom apartment. Great locations and great apartments! Skills preferred: -Working well with people -Enjoy working outdoors -Detail oriented -Minor maintenance skills (training included) -Have your own small tools (large tools provided) Duties include: -Lawn maintenance -Snow shoveling -Minor repairs -Cleaning -Working with tenants and contractors
