Guitarist looking for band - rock, metal

Howdy, I've been playing seriously for a few years now and am looking to join a band that wants to perform covers or write original music. I'm interested in playing anything to do with rock or metal. I consider myself intermediate, I practice every day and am always trying to improve but I'm not an amazing lead player and it would probably take me a bit to learn certain material. Just trying to set expectations! I have plenty of pro gear that can cover a wide range of tones and volumes. I also have a studio setup and can make decent quality demos with lots of plugins for drums, bass, and guitar tones.
