Dishwashers are organized, efficient and provide clean and safe dishes and small wares for club operations. The dish room is kept clean at all times and strict sanitation requirements are followed.
Dishwashers are the heart of the kitchen. Almost every dish created starts with your skilled prep work. It is imperative for the success of our kitchen that you adhere by Western's standards so that we may provide consistently great products to the other members of our team. Dishwashers will work with fellow team members in a respectful, courteous and polite manner.
Dishwashers are cross trained as prep cooks and have the opportunity for improvement and growth within our establishment.
