Free Honey Bees - come and take them

I have bees in a tree. I need them gone. I believe they are honey bees, but I'm not an entomologist. If you want them, send me an email through craigslist. The bees entrance is at the base of the tree. On the side of the tree is a substance leaking out. The substance isn't transparent like honey, but looks like yellow foam.
