Bag Machine Operator - 1st & 2nd Shifts!

Description

- Read and interpret production orders - Measure and inspect bags to make sure they conform to specifications - Fill out daily production reports - Load completed boxes on to pallets - Produce a quality product - Follow directions written and verbal - Load rolls of material on to the bag machine using material handling equipment - Maintain cleanliness in work area - Pack finished bags into boxes - Set up and adjust bag machine - Enter production data on work order - Work safely at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - This position requires you to spend 90% of your time at work standing - Ability to lift up to 40 lbs - Previous experience running production machinery - Capability of working 10 hour shifts - Have the ability to understand and carry out instructions - Must be able read and write English - Use measuring devices and have basic math skills - Experience in using material handling equipment - Ability to keep work area clean and neat - Willing to work overtime including weekends - Be a TEAM PLAYER - Other duties as assigned
