Female Pit in need of a new home

Im looking for a home for my female bluenose american pitbull she is a year and half old she was born on december 9th she is very hyper and loud she is kennled trained and can sit has a promlem walking on leash with out dragging me but dose great/better with a training collar/ syntch collar potty trained. she is to hyper for me im a highschool student with alot of health issues so she is not givven the attention she deseves and is spending her time in a large outside kennle. She can not be in a home wih cat will kill imediately im not sure how she would be with other dogs she has been getting bullied by my fathers dog witch is also her mother so that add to the factor of rehoming her she really just needs a home with a single person or a couple that are active and will give her the loving family she needs asking rehoming fee of 300$ I would like for you and the dog to be aquanted with eachother because i refuse to rehome her if i can tell she is uncomforatble or showing signs of agression for everyone saftey.
