Need someone with experience to finish a retaining wall

I'm looking for one person or 2 people crew doesn't matter but that know how to build retaining walls and know how to cut block for capping must have a concrete saw to cut the block for capping. The block doesn’t need cut ! Just the capping! Had a guy do 90% of the work and walk off need to finish this ASAP must have experience and references! Again pay will be as soon as the job is done but it needs to be done correct
