We are looking for participants for an online research study conducted by the University of Illinois at Chicago under Kelly O’Shea, MPH! Do you have endometriosis? If so, you may be eligible for an online survey about your experiences with endometriosis including what symptoms you have had, what treatments you have tried, your lifestyle and your demographics. The survey will take between 20 to 40 minutes to complete. You may be eligible if: • You are 18 years old or older • Live in the US • Have had your endometriosis been diagnosed or confirmed surgically • You know where endometriosis was found in your body Participants have the option be able to enter a raffle to win 1 of 10 $25 Amazon gift cards for participating.
