Termite/rat exterm, roof repair,paint backhouse

I have a backhouse (200 square feet). Jobs needed to be done: 1-From ceiling, there is “termite dust” coming from ceiling. Need to tent or do spot treatment for termites. 2-Rats get into the ceiling/roof. The fascia boards are open, so they need to be replaced. Rats need to be chased away and ceiling sealed. 3-Interior walls to to be repainted. There is a part where it is black. Might be mold. Exterior wall panel is curvy and bent. Water might get in that way. Exterir wakl boards might need to be replaced. 4-Need a small spot (5 in x 9 in) dry wall spot repaired in bathroom. I pay on time with cash.
