The people who use gas and diesel the most. Right now. "Big Oil" will eventually become "Big Bat", as in.... you guessed it. Big battery. Actually, it may be the best idea yet! I am by no means a Socialist Democrat, or a Joe Biden supporter. Make those who use it most, pay the most. "Big Oil" will use the ENORMOUS profits to manfacture batteries. Marathon Electric Battery ? Exxon, Mobile, BP ? They have the bucks... and the "ground work" here in America. But not the mines. just sayin'
