Must have a variety of construction skillsets, including but not limited to basic electrical, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and painting. Have a flexible schedule. Qualifications: - one to two years related industry or maintenance experience. - 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. - valid driver license - must have reliable transportation - have a iPhone or Android smartphone - have all your basic hand tools and power tools - able to perform a verify of home improvement tasks quickly and efficiently without supervision - good reporting and communication skills - very good knowledge of English (spoken and written) - proven organizational and time management skills - Background check and drug test. No drinking or drugs tolerated on the job. Besides your skills, be asked to properly photograph existing job site conditions and photograph work completion.
